Fab Freebie: We Need To Address Something
*** This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below! ***
Sorry for the late winner announcements. Blame the tryptophan. And before we share the name of the winner random.org selected, don’t forget that The Paper Cafe is still offering 15% off discount (details at bottom of this post). But more importantly, our winner is… Maria (who is sending holiday cards with an adorable picture of her 5 month old daughter in it). Congrats!
This week’s prize includes a custom address stamper from The Paper Cafe and Three Designing Women. Sherry actually bought me one last Christmas to celebrate being at our new address, and it certainly made writing and addressing thank you cards (and every letter, bill, and card since then) much faster. But this week’s winner is getting a lot more than just one address stamper, they’ll score a ton of the goodies that you see below (like a custom stamp gift set, a set of 3 monogram stamp designs, 4 additional colored ink pads, as well as a bunch of coordinating gift tags, note cards, and notepads) along with a few goodies that aren’t pictured below, like a custom stamp gift certificate to give a stamp set to someone else (so you can cross stamp them off the ol’ Christmas gift list).

- PRIZE: A gift package from The Paper Cafe and Three Designing Women valued at over $150, including a custom stamp gift set, a custom stamp gift certificate, a set of 3 monogram stamp designs, 4 additional colored ink pads and additional gift tags, note cards and notepads.
- TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “ADDRESS ME!” and tell us…
- BONUS QUESTION: …what your holiday card plans are this year? Do you go all out and stage a family photoshoot? Just send out a cute card with a snowflake or a reindeer on it? Type up a newsletter? Send an e-card? Or just pass on the holiday card thing?
- GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, November 23rd at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
- NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
- PRIZE SHIPS: The United States of America (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
- DISCOUNT: Get 15% off custom stamps, colored ink pads, photo stamps, stamp gift sets, stamp gift certificates, and embossers with the code YHL-15OFF-TDW
- USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday (okay, maybe Friday this week) as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday or Friday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…
Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of The Paper Cafe and Three Designing Women.

Address me!
This year, we’re ordering cards with a picture of our daughter in her Christmas dress on them. I can’t wait to get them!
ADDRESS ME! I usually don’t send out cards…maybe in a few years!
ADDRESS ME! My husband and I just got married, so we will be sending our first ever Christmas card to family and friends this year. We’ve decided to DIY all our Christmas gifts, so maybe if we get ambitious enough, we’ll tackle a DIY Christmas card project, too!
Address me!!!
We do a photo shoot and a newsletter!!! This year though it is a “fill in the blanks”!!! I love it and these stamps!!
Address me!!!!
I feel like we HAVE to do a family picture this year, and make a couple (hundred) copies to send out. It’s been a few years!
Address Me!
We will do a simple holiday card this year. I love thinking about each family member/friend when I send them out!
ADDRESS ME!!
We are hoping to get something out this year – maybe for new year’s or Valentine’s considering it is already Thanksgiving this week. We have never done one but got some great family photogs done this summer that I want to use!
ADDRESS ME!
This year we’re sending out a card and perhaps include a photo of us inside.
ADDRESS ME!
We had pictures taken a few weeks ago & ordered great cards from my friend’s Etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/pipeup
ADDRESS ME!
Passing on holiday cards this year. Maybe a few family members will get pictures of my dog in a Christmas hat. :)
ADDRESS ME!
Each year I send out about 100 cards and I inevitably have several left over from each batch ’cause I can never get the exact amount I need for the time. I never wanted to throw the extras out since it’s money I spent and so I saved them, which means this year I don’t have to buy new cards! The yearly X-mas letter will accompany them and I’ll still have to buy stamps but at least this idea saved me a few bucks this time around!
Address me- We are setting up a family picture with the dog, cat, and rabbit. Oh Boy!
ADDRESS ME!!!
ever since I was little we always do a family picture, and now that I am married my hubby and I always do a picture and include our dog Lucy. When we are feeling extra ambitious we do a letter :) LOVE the stamps!!!
ADDRESS ME!
No cards this year. Just thank you notes from our wedding the week before!
ADDRESS ME!
We’re actually moving the first week of December, so I have visions of a cute holiday-themed “We’ve Moved!” mailing. It would also be create to get this gift package to get stuff with our new address on it!
ADDRESS ME! We usually send out cards for the Jewish New Year in September/October, so don’t do anything in December for Chanukah/New Years.

ADDRESS ME!
I’m so excited about our holiday cards this year. We dressed our toddler in adorable holiday attire, and took one really cute picture of him playing outside (the rest of them were not so great). We used a pre-made card design from Walmart.com, and added the picture to it. I just got them in the mail, and I’m so anxious to address them after Thanksgiving.
ADDRESS ME!
Taking our Christmas Card picture this weekend! Can’t wait, would be nice to have this stamp so I don’t get a hand cramp writing out our return address! ;)
ADDRESS ME!
We do the same thing every year – we send a short update letter and a family photo (my Mom takes them for us). My husband and I always set aside one evening in December to fold, stuff, sign, hand-address and return-address all 70 or so of our Christmas mailings while we watch a holiday movie and have some cocoa! It’s really fun.
ADDRESS ME! We definitely send out cards (sometimes they all match, sometimes we pick from our miscellaneous collection for friends who prefer funny, classic, religious, etc), and even “get to” be on TV as part of my husband’s news station’s “greeting card”. ;-) I recently blogged about it: http://megactsout.blogspot.com/2011/11/christmas-card.html
ADDRESS ME!
Bought a house this year so Christmas cards will double as my late “hey we have a new address” notifications– procrastination eventually equals efficiency!
address me!!!! I usually design some cute card to send out with a photo or two on it :)
ADDRESS ME!
I love sending out Christmas cards – this year I splurged and ordered some custom ones.
ADDRESS ME!
We send out store-bought Christmas cards. It would be so much fun to use the stamper this year instead of all of that writing:-)
ADDRESS ME! I plan on taking a ton of family pics this Thanksgiving & turning them into photocards!
ADDRESS ME!
I have a lot of leftover, unused cards saved from over the years, so I’m sending those out. I’m not going to buy any more cards this year, no matter how cute they may be! :)
ADDRESS ME!
I’ve been sending out holiday cards to friends since I was in high school because I’m weird like that. We sent out cards to everyone (our friends and both our families) last year because it was the first Christmas in our new house. We’re going to keep it up this year, somehow featuring the newest member of our family, our rescue pooch. :)
Address ME!!!
Address me! We are trying to figure out some sort of cute card to announce that we have a bun in the oven, but I’m feeling especially un-photogenic lately. :P Sigh.
ADDRESS ME!!
I was planning on using one of our wedding photos from this year to send out as a Christmas card to our family!
ADDRESS ME!!
We took our son to get his 1 year pictures a few months ago. For one of the pictures we put him in a Santa hat. Voila! Christmas card.
Address Me!
This year I think I’ll be passing on the holiday cards all together.. unless perhaps, I win! :)
ADDRESS ME!
One of my favorite animals are black squirrels and I found these on etsy: http://www.etsy.com/listing/86069038/black-squirrel-with-acorn-seasons?ref=sr_gallery_4&ga_search_submit=&ga_search_query=black+squirrel&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_ship_to=US&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_facet=handmade.

ADDRESS ME!!
We do the photo card of the kids…not an easy thing to do, but always worth it once it’s done!
ADDRESS ME!!
This year we are doing a photo card. We aren’t sure yet if it will be just our daughter (she’ll be six months, so its her first Christmas!), or if we and/or our dog will also be in it. In the past we avoid picture cards and opt for a nice “happy holidays” card. Except for the year we sent out a card with my husband, myself, and our dog in cartoon versions! lol
ADDRESS ME!
We had a local photographer friend do a family shoot for us and I made up a photo card to send out to friends and family. They are here and need addressed so this would be perfect!!
