Fab Freebie: Natural Amenities

So that’s why we’re so excited about this week’s prize from Amenity Home. Plus, who doesn’t like fun, graphic prints like these to add a little more bedroom ambiance?
Our winner this week will be scoring a Fern Duvet cover in the color and size of their choice. And not only is the print nature-inspired, so is the art behind creating this modern statement for your bedroom. Since Amenity Home is all about organic and earth friendly products, their process uses non-toxic, water-based dyes to print onto 300 thread count organically-grown and organically-processed cotton. It doesn’t get much more pure than that.

I love to bring nature into my home. I grew up in a house on a mountain with double doors in my bedroom and woke up to trees every morning, so now that I live in an apartment on a busy road (soon to be a homeowner), I have to figure out all sorts of ways to be naturalistic! I like to keep dark black rocks all along the sides of my shower, to create like a waterfall setting. I have spider plants in every room of the house. I have lots of green curtains to keep it green at night when the shades are closed. I also grow my own herbs inside!

These are gorgeous! I’m a fan of plants to add a bit of nature to my apartment. Unfortunately, we don’t get a lot of light, so we are limited to certain types. I also love to buy a bouquet of flowers from the farmers market once it gets going to add some color to our space!
I’M A NATURAL! I am notorious for killing indoor plants, so not many can be found in our home, and instead, I love using floral/plant prints as art. Cannot wait until WI weather allows us to have windows open!

We open blinds & windows as much as possible. I used natural decor like shells, driftwood, fresh flowers, pinecones, etc depending on the season. And all of our artwork is of birds, trees, ocean, etc. Nature please!

I’M A NATURAL! It’s till winter here in Alaska, so I’m just excited for the snow to melt, it’ll be a few weeks yet! And then I plan to be outside permanently until next winter!

I’m a natural… When I painted, my favorite features were of nature: flowers, curling leaves ala O’Keefe. Also, my photography tended to be of nature too: curling bark, draping vines, cool-shaped trees.

Fresh flowers are always around, and recently I have been making terrariums using old jars and beautiful succulents for a fun and natural look. Currently I am also mulling through hundreds of photographs from hikes and outdoorsy trips to put in some lovely black frames we got for a great deal! :)
