Oh Brother! (Or Sister?)
We’re excited to announce that the Petersik family is currently under construction. Our new addition is expected on May 19th. We’re thrilled, even though a certain someone won’t be the baby anymore…
Yup, Sherry’s got a proverbial bun in her proverbial oven. And we couldn’t be more elated to share the news with you guys! More details to follow on Friday (so ask any and all q’s and we’ll answer as many as we can at the end of the week).
Until then it’s back to before & afters and DIY ideas- we’re nothing if not home obsessed…

I can’t believe it – I was browsing your site this morning (I’m in the UK) thinking I wish these guys had a baby so I could steal ideas from their nursery!!! Eeeek!

Congratulations Sherry and John! I discovered your blog around August and quickly became a regular follower because my husband and I were house hunting for our 1st place. We closed on our house on Nov. 10th and have been working on it every day until we move in this weekend (your peel and stick tile tutorial has been indispensable). On top of all that we are expecting our 1st baby in May also! My due date is May 4th. What a coincidence!
Anyway, I look forward to see how you handle a new baby and maintaining your home (which is lovely) and hopefully I can continue to be helped by your great tips!

Congratulations! What exciting news – and how fun for you and Katie to go through this together! I went through my first pregnancy with a good friend and it was so much fun to have someone to share it with (who wasn’t my hubby). Can’t wait to see the nursery plans!
