Sherry and I have a system when we paint a room. She edges (aka: cuts in) and I roll. We both claim to have the more difficult job- and sometimes I think we’re both right (hello painting brick?), but this week’s prize could prove us both wrong…
The RYOBI Duet Power Paint System is specially made for two people who, like us, enjoy tackling a paint job together. We haven’t taken one for a spin yet, but the idea that both of us could have fresh paint pumped straight from the can to separate his-and-hers painting attachments (a roller for me, an edger for Sherry) almost makes us want to break out our paint swatches again. Heck, there’s even a sprayer attachment if someone’s feeling particularly daring.

Not a famous duet (not even close!), but my brother & I sang “Come What May” from Moulin Rouge at our mom & step-dad’s wedding. There were moments in practice I wanted to slug him, but in the end it turned out great & mom loved it!

My favorite duet is Ray Charles & Betty Carter on “Baby It’s Cold Outside”. That song just puts me in a holiday mood.
Well, my radio is already playing Christmas music, so I’ll go with a Christmas duet. Although I adore all of Stephen Colbert’s Christmas special, nothing beats Bing and David Bowie! Duet it to me!

this would be so super helpful in painting as like you, my husband is the roller and i cut in. he isn’t so good at the cutting in, but don’t tell him that. ;) we have one rather large room painting project looming ahead in the next couple of weeks and this would be perfect!
