Aw thanks Dana! We’re so glad to hear that everyone is loving our latest mood board. It was definitely a ton of fun to play with such a moody and dramatic scheme and squeeze as much function as possible into the space. And you’re so funny about the gray/grey thing. We’ve learned that it can be spelled either way, but I do my best to stick to one spelling so it’s not a long post full of gray on one line and grey on the next line. I guess I’m even hyper-organized when it comes to spelling variations…

I’m diggin’ this ‘moody’ board! You’re right, Sherry, that light is going to MAKE the room. Love how you incorporated every function of the room that they wanted. I like useful rooms. I’ll bet you had fun doing something a little richer too…the grey (is it gray or grey?!), navy and wheat scheme is ultra luxe. Great work!

how ever out dated and out of place for this room i had to jump in and say i’m kind of in love with that chandy. it looks like something kelly wearstler would have no problem making look fabulous in a space.

I cannot wait to see the after of this room. I’m completely jealous and wish I had a room like this in my house. LOVE the built-ins, that fireplace (although I’m not sure how the brick will look once the walls are navy and built ins are gray, I don’t want to see it painted… and I’m usually all for painting brick!), the whole thing. :)

I actually own the couch that goes with those chairs – we got it off of Craigslist a few months ago. I love the pattern, and I like how it looks with their old wall color. I was trying to come up with a good accent color that would go with the couch and my gray walls, and I think I might try to find something similar. Thanks to Bethany!
