The best costume by far was one my younger brother did when he was 12.

See Halloween was a big deal in my house. Mom would take all four of us kids out in August and we’d pick out sewing patterns and she’d spend September and October sewing. Needless to say we had the coolest costumes. But eventually, we reached the age where we were “too old”

Of course when this happened we were distraught, atleast my brother was. His solution was to reuse costumes from past years. Unfortunately, the only one he could find was my princess dress. So, of course he donned a black mask and was Marie Antionette. And we’ll never let him forget the time he wore a princess dress, on purpose, in public

Best costume was when i was a devil and my boyfriend was the Pope!

One of my favorite Halloween costumes was my bald eagle (get it? I’m bald.) It’s made from Duck Tape and many wasted hours.

I’m kind of into Halloween.

My best costume as an adult was probably the year I was a gypsy. That one was really fun, with the coins all draped around my waist and gobs of crazy makeup and jangly bracelets.

But, the best ever was when I was… a year and a half? old and I was a devil for Halloween. The pictures show me all decked out in horns and a cape, with a pacifier firmly wedged in my mouth. Scary, huh? :)

I made a Red Fraggle costume using all sorts of fake hair extensions and sewed a tail to my pants.
