My hubby and I currently share a queen sized temperpedic mattress that is very very comfortable. We’ve had it for the last two years and have a lot of trouble getting out of bed because, once you’re in it, you just want to sleep all day!

My husband and I have shared a full since we moved in together shortly after our April 2007 engagement. It traveled with us from the apartment we rented to our first home, purchased in April 2008, a month before our wedding.

While the apartment had ample space for a larger bed, we definitely didn’t have the funds at the time. And while we could probably afford it now, our ’60s home has very small bedrooms (ours barely fits a full bed, dresser, bureau, and bedside table).

When we have both the money and the space, in the near or distant future, my 6’1″ husband would LOVE a king or even a California king.

After 31 years in a king with the past 20 a king waterbed, we downsized to a luxurious queen with a pillow top. As empty nesters, we no longer have company during thunder storms so we don’t miss all that space. Now we have room for a sitting area in our master bedroom.

We have a queen size and I think it fits us nicely, but the hubby always says he wants to upgrade to a king one day. We will have to see. :)

We have a king (standard). It’s the only size I’ll buy ever again. All I ever owned was Queen but when it came time to upgrade to a quality mattress I upgraded size too. I mean, a person needs requires a twin size to be comfy it makes sense to get a king (a twin size bed x2) for two people. We sleep so much better now (especially in the summer), there’s more room for pets too. Now I don’t have to have a weird leg position just so I don’t bother them.

We have a California King which has been fun, but we are planning to downgrade to a queen. We, like Sheryl (8/30/09 10:12 pm,)find ourselves sleeping on one side of the bed and not using all the space. Plus our room is fairly small and a queen would give us a bit more breathing room.

We have a cheap Queen, but our next mattress purchase will probably be a King.
Snuggling is great while we are awake, but neither of us likes to be touching anything while we sleep.

A queen is perfect for us. We’d been sleeping on my husband’s old full-size and we finally took the plunge and bought a new bed from Ikea when we moved. The hubs wanted to get another full (he thought a queen would put us too far apart… awww) but I convinced him that we needed a *leetle* more room.

That said, we are both pretty heavy sleepers and like to snuggle.

We LOVE our queen size Tempurpedic! We’ve had it about 3 years now. A king would have been too expensive for us to swing at the time, plus it would have overwhelmed our bedroom.
