Straight From The Art Freebie Winner!

Thanks for sharing all of your favorite art stories in our latest giveaway courtesy of Artful Home. We loved hearing about all of the found / bought / made art that’s special to you. When Sherry and I debated our favorite piece in our house, we both finally agreed that we enjoy our framed wedding photostrips the most (which hang above our console table in the living room among other black and white items). What pushed them over into the favorite category? Well, they’re a twist on your typical framed photo and you can’t beat the funny expressions that we got out of our wedding guests thanks to having a photobooth around.

But back to the matter at hand: the winner. Despite all of your great stories, we can only award one prize to one lucky lady or lad (who’s selected randomly thanks to random.org). As you recall, this week’s winner gets their choice of one of the four pillows shown above by Artful Home artists Mariah Wren and Heather Lins. And that lucky person is…. Brooke Merritt. Congrats Brooke! We can’t wait to hear which of the four pillows you choose. For everyone else, all we’ll say for now is that next Monday’s giveaway is sure to delight you (yup, there’s a clue in there somewhere). Stay tuned…

I am SO happy to have won the straight from the art contest! Thank you so much and I’m sure the pillow I chose will look great in the new house we’re moving into in September. I’ll make sure to take a picture as soon as I find a good spot for it. Thanks again!!

Congrats Brooke! Enjoy the pillow in your new home :)
