Excellent idea, I have hooks on the insides of my wardrobe doors which does me fine for bracelets & necklaces (& even belts) but this is very pretty, and a fab way to keep those earrings in view too! Just head to AC Moore or similar craft store- most have these sturdy plastic mesh place-mat sized things (in a variety of colors!) and pick up an unfinished wood frame. Paint or stain the frame any color, cut the mat to fit inside and hot glue it in.. TA DA! You can also add the necklace hooks to the bottom for more versatility.
