But even in this drought, a gallon of municipal water costs a little more than half a cent, so at $270 I'd have to fill it up more than 800 times just to break even! That's a lot of rainy days... Check Craigslist for a food barrel distributors and they run around $25 a barrel. Then simply follow Sherry and John's advice and you will have one of your own in no time!
