After practically living and breathing home improvement and general house sprucing for the past three years (and blogging about it non-stop for nearly two) it sometimes feels like we’ve considered how to transform every nook and cranny of our space. But when this week’s giveaway sponsor contacted us, we suddenly realized there was one surface that we had overlooked…
Kodu Design makes custom graphic stickers of all sizes, and therefore practically all surfaces, but they specialize in designs for laptops and refrigerators (yes, refrigerators) so this week we’re giving away some pretty amazing instant art.
Our six lucky winners will be able to choose from the variety of graphics and colors shown on Kodu’s product page - from crisp stripes for your computer to an oversized fork for your fridge. These removable stickers (did your ears perk up, renters?) might just be the perfect way to breathe life into an aging machine or add some extra punch to your workspace or counterspace. Or you could go rogue and use the large fridge sticker for another big surface in your house, like this decal-turned-showstopping-backsplash. Ah-mazing.

I just inherited a laptop and it definitely needs some sprucing. Pretty bland right now.
oh man!! stick it to my fridge!! i rent and my fridge came with my house. the only nice thing i can say is that it works….its an older white side by side…and it is covered in rust spots…not pretty…a sticker would totally jazz it up cause a new fridge is not in the wallet.

I change my desktop wallpaper frequently for inspiration – I’ll make my own or if I have an event or vacation coming up I’ll choose an image related to that, for our honeymoon we went to Jamaica and I had my desktop splashed with images of the water and the beach cottage we would be staying in, I was pumped for the trip everytime I logged in to my computer!

When I bought my laptop I had to settle for “midnight blue” becuase it was the only color they had in stock. Would love the option to change it up a bit! Even if I don’t win I might buy one just to show my admiration for bright blod colors!

I am currently in a non-pizazz stage.. My fridge is in a tiny little kitchen, so there are just coupons and an unused dry erase board. My laptop, is my work laptop, so I can’t put stickers on it, and the background is blah because a background is too much on a work laptop screen for me. So I need some outside, removable, pizazz!!

Love this idea! My job transferred me 6 months ago and I am currently driving 75 miles to work. Because the housing market is so crappy, I can’t sell my house, so I am going to end up renting a lovely little house from a co-worker, BUT, the kitchen appliances are hideous! This would be just the thing to perk up that sad little kitchen. :)

I make my own magnets by scouring yard sales and flea markets for old pins. I take the needle off the back and glue on a magnet and Voila! a retro magnet.

I keep my computer fresh with a different wallpaper each month. I use the free downloadable wallpaper images from chookooloonks.com She takes gorgeous nature photos, and they bring a peace to my computer screen.
