Because We’re All A Little Nosy…

We always enjoy a good house crashing session, and we’re excited to announce that we’ve made a handy little page that features all of the homes we’ve trekked through thus far. You can find it anytime by clicking the “Let’s Go House Crashing” button on our sidebar, which looks a little something like this:

Once you’re there you’ll see that each home is represented by a thumbnail for a sneak peek of the space, and if you click the link below it you can check out the rest of each amazing abode. That page looks a little something like this:

So if you want to check out spaces that look like this…

Yay! I love all the tabs and feature pages you have on your site. It’s so clean, organized and fun. I really like the “Dreamy and Light” room – so crisp and love the paneled doors!

YEAH!! Even easier to navigate and find something quicker. Great feature. Reader re-design on the list too? Hope so.

Have a great weekend Youngsters!

Love this post. What a great idea and thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the inspiration!

Yay! I’m so glad that you’ve added this!

I have a little suggestion. (Excuse me if this is out of line..) When you click on the individual pics, they open with only the picture on a page (great!), but the picture stays small (not great for my old eyes). It would be neat if the picture gets larger (after being clicked on) so we could see more detail.

Ooh! I love that dreamy and light room! Those doors! Isn’t funny, how its not always the decor, but the bones of the house/room that make you fall in love with it…

Hey Jaclyn,

Instead of clicking the thumbnail pictures, just click the link below the photos to see the entire house tour much larger! Hope it helps.

Yay! Your website just keeps getting better and better!

Thanks again for all of the great ideas! Keep ‘em coming!

Yes! This is a much better idea than the black ninja outfit and binoculars I was going to use to check out these houses. Wait, I’m not really that creepy, I swear. Great addition to the ol blog! Have a great weekend!

What a great feature. What will you think of next?

Yay! I can’t wait to look at all of them again, my favorite has always been “fresh and classic” I wish we could have seen some more before photos…Love the new features!

Ooo! Love this new feature. I’m so all about “home crashing”!!

I LOVE it! Everything is so inspiring! Thanks and my husband and I just love your site!

Thanks Sherry!

Love that you guys added this side bar. I’m the drive-by-late-night-and-peer-into-people’s-houses kinda girl to see their decor, so this is right up my alley! At least this way I don’t feel so creepy since you guys have permission to peep into these great houses. :)

OT – I thought you might like this post on Modish, about white porcelain animals. I love the bears.

I covet that adorable bungalow. : )

I’m buying a house soon and I’m likely going to buy one with dark, original interior wood trim. I’m a little nervous about it because I love the white trim look that most houses have nowadays (like yours), but I’d hate to “ruin” an historic Victorian home with my silly little paint brush. Next time you house crash, could you showcase one that has dark interior wood trim (like a craftsman) that does it well? You’re too sweet! :)

Hey Brooke,

We’re always on the lookout for fabulous houses to crash so of course we’ll keep an eye out for lovely dark trim and snap some shots if we see some!

The link below doesn’t work for me either…
they just show up as little thumbnail pixx on a separate page?

Hey Anne,

You have to go to the House Crashing page (by clicking the sidebar link that we pictured above) and then once you’re there click the little link under each thumbnail that describes each space (ex: Light & Dreamy), which will take you to the full post all about each house! Lots of readers have been getting through and commenting on a slew of them so we know they’re working if you approach them that way. Hope it helps!

GREAT feature! Thanks, guys!

Great new section of the site! Now how do I get you to come crash MY house?!?!?!?! :-D

Hey Christie,

You know we love a good house crashing adventure! Check out our new House Crashing page (by clicking the link on the sidebar) to see instructions for submitting pics of your house for a possible crash at the bottom of the page.
