I NEED SKILLS! Badly! We are actually really needing to get one of these… our new shrubs are quickly becoming unmanageable. This shear would sure help out in that department. I wish I had better home improvement skills! My father and father-in-law can fix anything and build anything – unfortunately, neither me nor my husband inherited any of those skills.

“I NEED SKILLS” …to win these contests! Actually other than more patience (which is a lifelong pursuit of mine) I’d love woodworking skills. I can do just about anything with a needle (knit, crochet, needlepoint, etc.) and am not half bad with a paintbrush but have not done much with wood yet although DH bought me a compound mitre saw one year for a gift – guess who uses it?

As for personal skills, I wish I were better at learning foreign languages. I’m surrounded by different dialects and hate that I can only speak English despite my best efforts….
