Taste Test Freebie Winners!
I must admit that we almost had to stop reading all of your comments on our latest giveaway because they were making us so hungry. If anyone wants to pop over and make us their favorite meal, we promise we’re much better tasters than we are chefs.
But our copy of America’s Test Kitchen’s new Cooking for Two cookbook is slowly remedying that. And after hearing you guys rave about it, we also grabbed a subscription to Cook’s Illustrated (which we love not only for the good food inside, but also for the great illustrations on the back cover- add a simple frame and you’ve got yourself some perfect culinary art for your kitchen).
But let me get on to the announcement of our winners. We have a handful of people who are each taking home a handsome hardcover copy of the just-published Cooking for Two cookbook. Yay! Let me just say that this could not have happened on a better day. My boyfriend just got a great job that he has been trying hard to find for the longest time and now he and I can cook a special dinner together when the cookbook comes. Thank you so much!!!
Ha, it’s so funny you mentioned framing the Cook’s Illustrated pics. I have scanned lots of the old covers (library back issues) and am planning to use them when I redo my kitchen. I think they are beautiful (and free)!
YEAH! I am looking forward to receiving my copy in the mail! And JUST MAYBE, after I cook one of the fabulous recipes, I’ll post a picture on my blog!
