I just commented on another makeover but this fireplace is identical (brick color I mean) to ours! I REALLY want to paint it white…was it hard? Any advice for me? We’re doing the floor now, wish I would have done the fireplace prior but still REALLY want to do it. Thanks!

Noooo!!!! Don’t make the table darker, please! It will be a giant dark hole in the middle of your very lux room. Perhaps an antiqued white finish or an ash, but please consider not going espresso.

This looks fantastic…however I would love to see a bright pop of color somewhere. Just one other color added in. Red..orange…aqua even better. Something to add some zing. I also vote for a darker stain on the table. It’s easier than you think to do…I say do it yourself!!! Use the money you save for making a nice dinner to share in that new room.

I’m totally sold on the wall paint color for my living room. Finally a color I have fallen in love with.

I LOVE AFTER PICTURES!!!!!! This looks absolutely fabulous, and knowing that you did it under $200 makes it, well, extra fabulous! I have to agree, if you refinished the table I think you would love it even more… and trust me, it’s not as hard as it sounds! Good luck and great job :-)
