Steal Of The Week: Loony For Demilunes
Ten years of French lessons remind me that “demilune” actually means “half moon”, which is just as charming as these half-round tables can be. They’re stunning space savers that work everywhere from an entry room to a hallway and even a bedroom or a bathroom. And when I found this super swanky version from JC Penney on sale for just $109, I couldn’t believe the elegant x-detailing and clean lines that could be had at such a bargain.
This is truly one of those pieces that looks around five times more expensive than it really is, which frees up some much needed cash for all that holiday shopping. Which is tres chic indeed…

i have a demilune from the 1920s that is an incredible piece of art nouveau parquet work. i have it in my entry hall displaying its glory!
We have a circular table in our hallway that I have bumped into 50% of the time. A demilune is exactly what we need. I’ve never used that word before, but I know I need one now!
I just love your sense of style. The demilune itself is beautiful, but I love the basket on the bottom shelf and the picture frame on top. Great detail.
