Ok, as promised, here are our picks. There’s really no rationale because it’s pretty much a blind guess. Can’t wait to see how it all goes down.

I just watched the first episode last night on the DVR. I can’t believe how truly awful the bottom two condos were. I’m so excited for the rest of the season! Here are my guesses:

1. Eddie – His previous work experience I think will help him go really far.
2. Andrea – Good design sense and I really think she would’ve done better with a different team.
3. Nathan – Did a great job of shopping for the first challenge. I think he has a good eye for design.

1. Nathan-the way he staged the kelly apartment was amazing.
2.Ondine-appeared smart and tasteful.
3. Teresa- not sure why.

1. Eddie – seems to have the personality and professionalism
2. Ondine – ditto, plus she’s got the experience and the no-nonsense attitude that’ll give her the edge in dealing with the other ones
3. Andrea – I dunno… it’s kind of a toss-up for third place for me
