When I saw the title all I could think of was the movie Wedding Crashers. I envisioned you and your husband masquerading as Aunt Jenny’s long lost relatives — or something like that. lol

The bouquet was stunning! Not overly done like some I’ve seen, simple, elegant, and beautiful. A great burst of color as well.

Virginia would be a beautiful place to have a wedding. I lived there for a year or so when my husband was in the Navy. Wonderful weather.

John is one of the groomsmen; third from the left. ;)

So you aren’t actually crashing weddings! Makes sense, why would you have been in Iowa for that other one, right?? It is very rude to attend someone’s wedding they have planned and paid for–I would never have the nerve! Love the pics tho :O)

I love this wedding – it’s classy. I love Gunston Hall. Over the years I’ve been to a lot of neat weddings in Northern VA set in historic spots, makes it all the more special. The calla lillies are gorgeous.

Oh, cool–he’s one of the groomsmen! My husband went to George Mason Univ. for his undergrad, but I know very little about the school or its namesake. We should make a trip to beautiful Virginia sometime!
