Just four days of being back in Richmond and I feel a new sense of home.
I’ve been living and working in Seoul, South Korea as a photographer and teacher. Before that I lived five years in Paris, France and before that, four years in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Just finished selling my photos for the new Tom Dixon book: The Interior World of Tom Dixon (www.tomdixon.com) and now I’m going to stroll my way into Quirk to see this adorable and stylish store. It’s as if Richmond has become a foreign city but I consider it one of the few places that I call “home”. Hopefully I’ll get to see some of the many changes before I head back to Europe for more photographic work.

So glad you’re diggin’ Katie’s home as well as her shop! We totally hit the jackpot when we found her, and we’re so happy you’re loving our little exclusive.

EastEnd, Quirk is on Broad Street along with all the other galleries that open their doors on the first Friday night of the month for First Fridays (which we totally recommend attending whenever you get a chance). Oh and while you’re there, stop into Comfort for some yummy grub before or after the gallery hopping festivities.

Allison, I bet Quirk is a good place to start when searching for those cute pink prints. Definitely check their website, and you might even want to give Quirk a call to hunt ‘em down (they’re über nice over there). Hope that helps!

I saw this in Domino and thought of yall when I read it! I am so excited you posted about it because I am hoping you can help me find where I can get those precious pink vinyl prints found in her kitchen. Any advice?
